Entering
Choose your competition, pick your ticket number(s) — or use Lucky Dip and we'll pick for you — answer the skill question correctly, and complete checkout. Your ticket numbers are confirmed instantly by email and stored in your account.
Every entry requires a question to be answered correctly. This is what makes our competitions games of skill — it's not a lottery. Entries with an incorrect answer are not entered into the draw and are not refunded, so take your time!
Yes. Every competition includes a free postal entry route with the same chance of winning as a paid entry. Full instructions are on our Free Entry Route page and in each competition's terms.
Each competition shows its own per-person limit on the competition page. Limits keep things fair — and please only ever spend what you can afford.
Draws & winners
Every draw takes place live on our social channels on the date shown on the competition page — either when the countdown ends or when all tickets sell out, whichever comes first. The winning ticket number is drawn transparently on camera, every time.
We'll contact you directly using the details on your account, and winners are announced on our Winners page and social channels. Make sure your contact details are up to date!
Where a cash alternative is available, it's stated on the competition page along with the amount. If offered, the choice is always yours — take the prize or take the cash.
Prizes are delivered free within the UK, fully insured. Delivery timescales and any prize-specific arrangements are listed on each competition page and confirmed with the winner directly after the draw.
Account & payments
Your ticket numbers are emailed to you instantly after entry and stored under My Account, along with every competition you've entered.
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major debit cards through our secure, SSL-encrypted checkout. We do not accept credit card payments, in line with responsible play best practice.
