Winner announcements

How long we keep information

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (typically six years for transaction records). Postal entries are retained until the relevant draw is complete and any queries are resolved. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent at any time (including unsubscribing from marketing); and receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
